Plain English. No fine print. Here's exactly what happens to the details you give us when you apply to ACE.

01

Who we are

IQI ACE Group (referred to here as “ACE”, “we”, or “us”) is a real estate recruitment and training group operating under IQI Global, one of Malaysia's largest real estate networks. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us through this website.

02

What we collect

When you fill in our application form to express interest in joining ACE, we collect only what's needed to follow up with you:

  • Full name: so we know who we're speaking to.
  • WhatsApp number: the channel we use to reach you.
  • State: to connect you with the closest ACE leader to where you are.
  • Current situation: so the conversation starts from the right place.
  • Why you want to join: context that helps your leader meet you where you are.

We don't collect anything you don't actively type into the form. The only data we collect about your visit comes from the analytics + ad-attribution cookies described in Section 09 below, which only run after you click Accept on the cookie banner.

03

Why we collect it

One reason only: so a real ACE leader can WhatsApp you about joining ACE, usually within 24 hours of you submitting the form.

We don't use your details for marketing campaigns, automated drip messages, or anything outside of that one recruitment conversation. If the fit isn't right, that's the end of it.

04

How it's stored, who sees it

Your information is stored securely within our internal recruitment system. Access is limited to the ACE recruitment team and the leaders responsible for following up with new applicants.

The line we won't cross

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. Full stop.

05

How long we keep it

We keep your application details only for as long as is reasonably needed to complete the recruitment follow-up. If you decide ACE isn't for you, or we don't move forward together, your information is removed from active recruitment use.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See the next section.

06

Your rights under PDPA 2010

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to do any of the following at any time, at no cost:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Withdraw your consent for us to contact you.
  • Request deletion of your information from our records.
07

How to reach us

For any data request (access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion), message us directly on WhatsApp. We respond from the same number, with a real person on the other end.

Your consent

By submitting the application form on this site, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to ACE handling your personal information in line with everything described above.

09

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of third-party analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use ACE and to measure our marketing. All of them are gated behind the cookie consent banner at the bottom of the page. They only load after you click Accept.

If you click Decline, none of the tools below load. Your application form data is unaffected either way.

What we run, what each one does, and who it belongs to:

  • Google Tag Manager: the container that loads everything else below, owned by Google. Allows us to add or remove the tools below without changing the site itself.
  • Google Analytics 4: counts page views, tracks which pages you visit and how long you stay. Aggregated and anonymous. We use it to understand which parts of ACE work for people. Owner: Google.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: lets us see if our Facebook and Instagram ads brought you here, and helps Meta deliver our ads to people with similar interests. Owner: Meta.
  • TikTok Pixel: same as Meta Pixel but for our TikTok ads. Owner: TikTok.
  • Microsoft Clarity: records anonymised sessions of how visitors interact with the site (mouse movement, clicks, scroll depth). We use it to spot UX problems. Form input is masked and never recorded. Owner: Microsoft.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser (the consent banner will reappear and stay until you choose again), or by messaging us on WhatsApp (Section 07).

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect when the current version came into force.
